✅If the text and images are already available, they can be sent, they will be inserted into the design. On the other hand, if not, the texts and images will be generated by us. It will be possible to change them.

Please let us know any ideas you have for your site BEFORE we begin work.
-Revisions include font, color, content changes, and adding/removing elements.
-Banners will be changed only once.
If you would like for me to send you my website checklist before purchasing so you can see everything I require please contact me by website and I will send to you in 24-48 hours or less.
After order has been placed, the design form will be sent from the client portal. No work will begin until the form is complete and all information has been recieved

If you order after 7PM CST, the business days will begin on the FOLLOWING business day. Turn around time starts once all information is sent and payment is received.
Brand Refresher
- After checkout, sign into the client portal to complete and email the required information to in order to begin the design process. Failure to do so will result in order delays.
- During the design process, all communication will happen via email. (Be sure to read the TERMS & CONDITIONS for more information on the communication policy and Do Not Disturb clause).
- Proofs will be sent via email within the listed turnaround time. Review proofs and check for any errors, misspelled words, or missing information. Any changes you would like made to the design should be provided during this step. Octavia Design Co allows 3 FREE revisions, any additional revisions will result in an additional fee.
- After the revisions process (or if no changes are needed), the final files of your designs will be sent via email. Once final files are sent no more edits will be made to your designs.
